About this role

You will build and integrate full-stack applications and services that test frontier AI models in production-style environments. | The role involves working across backend services, APIs, front-end frameworks, databases, cloud deployment, and pre-release model integrations. | You will prototype quickly, identify model and integration failures, and provide clear technical feedback to AI research teams. | This is a full-time India-based opportunity requiring 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

Build and ship full-stack applications, services, and internal tools using Python, Java, Rust, C#, C++, or TypeScript.
Integrate pre-release AI model APIs with tool interfaces, evaluation harnesses, telemetry, and supporting infrastructure.
Diagnose model and software integration failures and document findings for engineering and research teams.
Prototype rapidly against changing requirements while maintaining code quality, architecture, and technical documentation.

Qualifications

Minimum 3+ years of professional software engineering experience building and shipping production software at a recognized organization.
Production expertise in at least one of Python, Java, Rust, C#, or C++, plus working proficiency in a second programming language.
Hands-on full-stack experience across backend APIs, React or equivalent front-end frameworks, databases, and cloud deployment.
Strong ability to learn unfamiliar codebases quickly, deliver working software independently, and communicate technical decisions clearly.
