About this role

You will apply adult inpatient nursing expertise to train and evaluate AI systems used in clinical and healthcare settings. | The role focuses on reviewing AI-generated clinical outputs, nursing assessments, and flowsheet documentation for accuracy and safety. | You will help structure nursing data, identify documentation gaps, and improve annotation guidelines. | This is a fully remote opportunity for U.S.-licensed RNs outside California.

Inpatient Nursing AI Expert

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated nursing documentation and clinical outputs for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to current standards.
• Annotate and structure inpatient nursing assessment data for AI training datasets.
• Identify inconsistencies, documentation risks, and clinical gaps while providing structured expert feedback.
• Collaborate on guideline refinement and help develop high-quality clinical AI benchmarks.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. RN license outside California with recent adult acute-care inpatient bedside experience.
• Current or recent experience within the last 5–10 years, with strong familiarity with modern nursing workflows and documentation practices.
• Comfortable performing and documenting comprehensive nursing assessments and following detailed annotation guidelines.
• Strong written communication, attention to detail, independent working ability, and responsiveness to feedback.
