Responsibilities

• Design task-specific grading criteria for market analyses, strategy recommendations, financial models, presentations, and implementation plans.
• Evaluate AI-generated or human-created consulting work against established standards.
• Provide detailed, evidence-based written justifications for evaluations and scores.
• Incorporate reviewer feedback and maintain consistent, reproducible assessment quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of professional management consulting experience.
• Experience at a leading strategy or management consulting firm such as McKinsey, Bain, BCG, or equivalent is preferred.
• Strong expertise in structured problem-solving, market sizing, financial modeling, business-case development, and executive presentations.
• Excellent written communication, analytical judgment, attention to detail, and ability to calibrate against defined standards.
