The role focuses on assessing clarity, accuracy, structure, tone, and style while creating high-quality reference work that defines excellent editorial output. Contributors will also provide detailed edits, rewrites, and feedback that help shape writing standards for next-generation AI systems. This opportunity is best suited to professionals with recent experience at reputable publications and exceptional command of written English.

Responsibilities

Evaluate AI-generated writing for accuracy, clarity, tone, structure, and overall editorial quality.
Write and edit reference pieces that demonstrate professional newsroom-level standards.
Provide detailed editorial feedback, copyedits, rewrites, and fact-checking recommendations.
Help establish and refine writing standards used to evaluate and improve AI-generated content.

Qualifications

Minimum 1+ year of experience as a journalist, writer, or editor at a reputable publication, with at least part of that experience within the past 7 years.
Exceptional command of written English with strong writing, editing, copyediting, research, and fact-checking abilities.
Undergraduate degree from a well-known university in an English-speaking country.
Currently based in an English-speaking country with the ability to produce polished professional editorial work.
