Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, maintainability, performance, and overall engineering quality.
• Design challenging coding problems and create high-quality reference solutions and test cases.
• Review model reasoning across architecture, debugging, algorithms, and system-design scenarios.
• Provide detailed technical feedback that helps improve AI model performance on practical software-engineering tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of software engineering experience at a top technology company, with at least part of that experience within the past 7 years.
• Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript, algorithms, data structures, debugging, system design, and software architecture.
• Undergraduate degree from a well-known university.
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to clearly explain technical decisions, trade-offs, and engineering reasoning.
