About this role

You will support the development and quality assurance of AI-powered Sinhala voice agents by conducting and evaluating Sinhala-language voice conversations. The role involves making outbound calls based on provided scenarios, reviewing conversations for accuracy, tone, clarity, linguistic quality, and naturalness, and providing structured written feedback. This is a remote, hourly opportunity for candidates based in Sri Lanka with native or fluent Sinhala proficiency.

Responsibilities

Voice conversation execution: Make outbound calls in Sinhala using provided scenarios and instructions.
Call quality evaluation: Review completed calls for accuracy, tone, clarity, pronunciation, and naturalness.
Conversation QA: Evaluate additional Sinhala voice conversations and identify linguistic, contextual, or quality issues.
Linguistic review: Assess whether conversations sound natural and appropriate for native Sinhala speakers.
Issue identification: Flag errors, inconsistencies, unclear wording, unnatural phrasing, or other voice-quality concerns.
Written feedback: Provide clear and structured feedback on conversation quality and required improvements.
Project collaboration: Participate in project check-ins, calibration, and quality discussions when required.
AI training support: Contribute high-quality voice and QA data used to improve AI-powered conversational systems.

Qualifications

Native or fluent proficiency in Sinhala.
Must be based in Sri Lanka.
Strong listening and language-evaluation skills.
Excellent attention to detail when reviewing voice conversations.
Ability to identify issues involving tone, clarity, accuracy, and linguistic naturalness.
Strong written communication skills for providing structured feedback.
Ability to follow detailed scenarios, QA instructions, and project guidelines.
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
