Responsibilities

Author original chemistry MCQs that test deep conceptual understanding, reaction mechanisms, quantitative analysis, and scientific reasoning.
Create 1 correct answer with 9 plausible distractors, assign difficulty levels, and provide clear worked solutions.
Support each question with 1–5 credible academic references from peer-reviewed journals or university sources.
For verification tasks, assess accuracy, completeness, precision, and solvability and document required corrections.

Qualifications

PhD or doctoral candidate in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a closely related field; exceptional Master’s candidates may also qualify.
Strong command of graduate-level chemistry, reaction mechanisms, quantitative analysis, and applied chemical concepts.
Experience with rigorous academic problem design, scientific assessment creation, or chemistry olympiad-style questions is strongly preferred.
Excellent written English with the ability to communicate complex chemical concepts clearly and concisely.
