As a Strategic Projects Lead (SPL), you will own the end-to-end delivery of coding data pipelines used to train frontier AI models. You’ll work closely with AI Lab clients, software engineering experts, reviewers, and internal teams to ensure high-quality, scalable execution.

Strategic Projects Lead – AI Coding Data Pipelines

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of coding data pipelines, ensuring quality, timelines, and client alignment.
• Drive automation of pipeline workflows, including task generation, validation, QC, and reporting.
• Coordinate across experts, reviewers, MTS, and clients to maintain execution consistency and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Strong understanding of software engineering and coding fundamentals.
• 2+ years leading technical projects, operations, or complex data workflows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using metrics to drive improvements.
