You'll design environments and golden reference solutions for debugging, feature implementation, code refactoring, and performance optimization, while contributing expert-level code, validating technical solutions, and documenting engineering reasoning. Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

Create reproducible Reinforcement Learning Environments that test AI models on complex software engineering problems.
Develop golden reference solutions for code fixing, feature implementation, refactoring, and performance optimization tasks.
Contribute expert-level code samples, debugging strategies, and development insights using Python3, Java, Rust, Go, C++, or TypeScript.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex software defects and performance bottlenecks across diverse codebases.
Implement scalable, maintainable features while following software engineering best practices.
Refactor and optimize legacy code to improve clarity, efficiency, and long-term reliability.
Document technical reasoning, solution approaches, and code decisions to support high-quality AI training data.
Review and validate peer-contributed code and technical submissions for accuracy and clarity.

Qualifications

Significant hands-on expertise in at least one of Python3, Java, Rust, Go, C++, or TypeScript.
Deep understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software engineering principles.
Proven ability to debug complex systems, resolve software defects, and deliver effective performance optimizations.
Experience with large codebase refactoring and legacy system modernization.
Track record of delivering high-impact features from conception through delivery in cross-functional projects.
Strong technical documentation and communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
Interest in or curiosity about AI and its technical challenges is beneficial but prior AI experience is not required.
