Qualifications

PhD or doctoral candidate in History, Political Science, International Relations, or a closely related field; exceptional Master’s candidates may also qualify.
Strong command of historiographical methods, political theory, comparative analysis, and advanced academic research.
Research publications, policy experience, or significant subject-matter expertise are strongly preferred.
