Responsibilities

Project operations: Manage day-to-day execution of AI training and LLM browsing projects.
Performance tracking: Monitor project progress, contributor performance, productivity, and operational metrics using Google Sheets.
Quality review: Review annotator submissions and identify quality issues, trends, and areas requiring improvement.
Contributor management: Communicate with annotators and contributors regarding project requirements, feedback, performance, and workflow updates.
Data analysis: Analyze project and quality data to identify bottlenecks, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
Workflow ownership: Take ownership of unfamiliar operational challenges and drive them from problem identification through resolution.
Project coordination: Ensure contributors, quality processes, deadlines, and project goals remain aligned.
Process improvement: Recommend and implement improvements that increase project efficiency, quality, and scalability.

Qualifications

Experience in project management, operations, program coordination, workforce management, or a related field is preferred.
Strong organizational and project execution skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with performance metrics, operational data, and quality indicators.
Proficiency with Google Sheets for tracking, organizing, and analyzing project information.
Ability to review work for quality and provide clear, actionable feedback.
Strong written communication skills for managing contributors and project stakeholders.
High degree of ownership, initiative, and ability to work independently.
Ability to quickly understand unfamiliar problems, workflows, and project requirements.
Interest in LLMs, AI training, data annotation, or applied AI operations is highly valuable.
