Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-driven workflows within your specialized industry and provide actionable feedback on usability, accuracy, and practicality.
• Use LLMs and AI agents to simulate realistic professional scenarios and validate workflow outputs against industry standards or regulations.
• Identify edge cases, incorrect outputs, workflow gaps, and unrealistic scenarios and document them clearly.
• Collaborate asynchronously with project coordinators and recommend improvements to workflow logic, integrations, and AI-powered business processes.

Qualifications

• Substantial professional experience in Government Contracting & Federal Acquisition, Commodities & Maritime Operations, Nonprofit & Grant Management, or Education & EdTech Operations.
• Strong familiarity with industry-specific workflows, platforms, systems, regulations, or operational processes relevant to your field.
• Ability to identify incomplete, incorrect, inefficient, or impractical elements within professional workflows and provide constructive feedback.
• Strong written communication, analytical thinking, adaptability, and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
