Responsibilities

Author original biology MCQs that test deep conceptual understanding and experimental reasoning.
Create 1 correct answer with 9 plausible distractors, rate question difficulty, and provide clear worked solutions.
Support questions with 1–5 reliable academic references from peer-reviewed or university sources.
For verification tasks, evaluate accuracy, clarity, completeness, and solvability and document required corrections.

Qualifications

PhD or doctoral candidate in Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Neuroscience, or a closely related discipline; exceptional Master’s candidates may also qualify.
Strong command of graduate-level biology, experimental design, scientific reasoning, and data interpretation.
Research publications or substantial laboratory/research experience are strongly preferred.
Excellent written English with the ability to communicate complex scientific concepts clearly and precisely.
