About this role

Forward Deployed Member of Technical Staff to build and deploy applied AI systems for high-impact U.S. Government missions. The role spans LLM applications, agentic AI, data and evaluation pipelines, infrastructure, experimentation, and production deployment in high-assurance environments. You will work directly with government partners to translate mission requirements into secure, reliable technical systems and own solutions from discovery through deployment and iteration. This position is ideal for strong Python engineers comfortable with ambiguity, partner-facing execution, and mission-critical AI systems.

Responsibilities

Build and deploy production-grade agentic AI systems, including multi-agent applications, tool-using agents, RAG workflows, and human-in-the-loop autonomy.
Work directly with government partners to translate operational needs into technical architectures and deployed solutions.
Build large-scale data curation, evaluation, inference, experimentation, and ML infrastructure pipelines.
Own systems end-to-end across discovery, architecture, implementation, deployment, reliability, security, and continuous iteration.

Qualifications

Strong Python engineering skills with demonstrated end-to-end ownership of production systems.
Hands-on experience with LLMs, agentic systems, data pipelines, ML infrastructure, and distributed systems.
Familiarity with reinforcement-learning workflows or simulation environments and experience operating in high-security or high-reliability environments.
Ability to work independently in ambiguous, partner-facing settings while maintaining strong technical and operational ownership.
