Investment Banking AI Expert

Responsibilities

• Design precise grading rubrics for financial models, valuation work, pitch decks, CIMs, deal memos, and transaction materials.
• Evaluate AI-generated and human work samples against those standards and provide detailed scoring rationale.
• Apply consistent investment banking judgment across modeling accuracy, valuation logic, formatting, and deal-process quality.
• Incorporate reviewer feedback and refine evaluations to maintain calibration and scoring consistency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of professional investment banking experience, preferably at Associate level or above.
• Strong background in M&A, industry coverage, capital markets, or elite advisory environments.
• Deep proficiency in DCF, LBO, trading comparables, transaction comparables, merger models, three-statement modeling, and valuation analysis.
• Excellent written communication, attention to detail, and understanding of bank-quality formatting and accuracy standards.
