SME Careers is hiring Canva Specialists to create realistic and challenging visual-design tasks that help train advanced AI models. The role involves designing practical Canva workflows, preparing required files and assets, documenting tasks clearly in SuperAnnotate, and recording complete task execution on your computer. Typical tasks may include social media graphics, presentations, flyers, posters, templates, brand assets, infographics, resumes, marketing graphics, image editing, layout adjustments, exports, and collaborative design workflows. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with strong hands-on Canva experience, visual communication skills, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Create realistic and challenging Canva tasks covering templates, social posts, presentations, flyers, infographics, branding, image editing, layouts, and exports.
Prepare Canva access, files, images, brand assets, templates, and required references before recording each workflow.
Record complete task execution while ensuring the design workflow is clear, realistic, and aligned with project instructions.
Document task goals, assets, files, steps, and relevant context clearly in SuperAnnotate.
Review recordings and documentation before submission to ensure completeness, visual quality, clarity, realism, and consistent adherence to project guidelines.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience using Canva for social media graphics, presentations, flyers, posters, templates, brand kits, infographics, or marketing/design workflows.
English proficiency at B2 level or higher with the ability to understand project instructions and document design tasks clearly.
Strong understanding of templates, elements, text styles, images, layers, alignment, brand kits, colors, spacing, exports, and sharing features.
Comfortable using browser-based tools, managing files, uploads/downloads, assets, exports, and screen-recording workflows.
Reliable, self-directed, detail-oriented, and capable of creating realistic Canva tasks for design, marketing, sales, education, administration, branding, or content-creation use cases.
