Responsibilities

Create and critique evaluation rubrics for commercial drugs and clinical-stage development programs.
Assess drug assets and biotech companies across mechanism, clinical evidence, competitive landscape, and key value drivers.
Review investment-style theses and identify missing assumptions, weak reasoning, and inappropriate confidence.
Apply consistent investment analysis across approximately 5–10 companies during the pilot.

Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years of experience evaluating biotech or pharmaceutical companies and drug assets.
Background as a biotech or healthcare investment analyst, preferably within a specialist investment fund.
Strong understanding of biotech/pharma development programs, clinical data, competitive positioning, and asset valuation.
Ability to evaluate both individual drug assets and the underlying company from an investment perspective.
