About this role

You will create original general-knowledge multiple-choice questions in Arabic for an AI evaluation and benchmarking dataset. The role involves developing exam-style questions from your own expertise, preparing 10 answer options for each question, selecting the correct answer, and writing a clear worked solution explaining the reasoning. This is a remote and flexible opportunity suited to highly educated Arabic-speaking professionals with strong analytical, research, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Question creation: Develop original and challenging general-knowledge multiple-choice questions in Arabic.
MCQA development: Create 10 answer choices for every question, including plausible distractors and one clearly correct answer.
Solution writing: Provide structured worked solutions explaining the correct answer and relevant reasoning.
Content accuracy: Ensure questions, options, and explanations are factually correct, clear, and unambiguous.
Arabic content development: Produce high-quality written content using native-level Arabic language skills.
AI evaluation support: Create questions capable of evaluating the knowledge and reasoning abilities of advanced AI models.
Quality assurance: Review submissions for accuracy, originality, difficulty, formatting, and consistency before delivery.

Qualifications

Master’s degree or PhD in a relevant academic or professional discipline.
2–6 years of professional experience.
Native-level proficiency in Arabic, including excellent reading and writing abilities.
Must be educated in or based in an Arabic-speaking country.
Strong general knowledge across academic, cultural, social, scientific, historical, or professional topics.
Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with the ability to create challenging yet fair assessment questions.
Ability to write clear explanations and structured reasoning in Arabic.
Ability to work independently and follow detailed project guidelines in a remote environment.
