Responsibilities

Evaluate AI-generated revenue-cycle analyses, operational recommendations, and improvement strategies across front-, mid-, and back-end RCM.
Assess revenue leakage, payer reimbursement, managed-care contracting, and enterprise KPIs such as net collection rate, days in A/R, denial rate, and cost-to-collect.
Provide executive-level guidance on RCM transformation, financial performance, payer relationships, and cross-functional initiatives.
Annotate AI outputs and provide structured strategic feedback for AI training datasets.

Qualifications

Minimum 10+ years of progressive revenue-cycle leadership experience, including 5+ years at VP, Sr. Director, or equivalent executive level.
Comprehensive expertise across patient access, coding, billing, denials, collections, managed-care contracting, and reimbursement optimization.
Strong financial acumen with P&L ownership, budgeting, performance reporting, and large-scale RCM transformation experience.
Exceptional executive communication and ability to translate complex revenue-cycle data and AI outputs into actionable strategic recommendations.
