About this role

Business Intelligence & Analytics Experts to evaluate and improve AI-assisted analytical workflows across leading BI and reporting platforms. The role focuses on reviewing dashboards, validating calculations and KPIs, troubleshooting data and metric issues, and improving analytical reporting quality using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Qlik, Sigma, Databricks, and MySQL. You will also interact with AI-powered agents and workplace connectors to assess how effectively they support real-world analytics workflows. Prior AI experience is not required; strong BI, reporting, and data-analysis expertise is the key requirement.

Responsibilities

Review dashboards, analytical reports, and visualizations for accuracy, usability, and business relevance.
Develop, validate, or refine dashboards and reporting workflows across major BI platforms.
Troubleshoot calculations, data sources, metrics, and KPI logic to ensure reliable analytical outputs.
Test AI-assisted analytics workflows, document issues, and provide structured recommendations for improving reporting and connected workplace processes.

Qualifications

Professional experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Reporting, or Data Visualization.
Hands-on proficiency with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Qlik, Sigma, Databricks, MySQL, or comparable platforms.
Proven experience building, managing, or validating dashboards, analytical workflows, KPI reporting, and data visualizations.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and attention-to-detail skills with the ability to identify inconsistencies in data and reporting outputs.
