In this role, you'll apply your visual creative expertise to help train next-generation AI systems through the curation and evaluation of aesthetic visual content. You'll assess images for artistic quality, composition, originality, and visual impact, articulate your reasoning through clear feedback, and help maintain consistent quality standards across diverse visual content. Responsibilities

• Review curated aesthetic images and assess their visual quality and creative value.
• Select images demonstrating strong composition, lighting, color, styling, originality, and technical execution.
• Document and articulate the reasoning behind visual selections and critiques.
• Collaborate with project trainers and visual specialists to align on quality standards.
• Evaluate diverse visual genres and formats consistently against project requirements.
• Contribute to robust and diverse visual datasets reflecting refined aesthetic sensibilities.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in evaluating or creating visual work through photography, art direction, graphic or brand design, illustration, or curation.
• Strong visual discernment with the ability to recognize and articulate composition, lighting, color, and originality.
• Solid portfolio or track record of visual projects demonstrating taste and artistic rigor.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for providing constructive and detailed feedback.
• Previous experience critically evaluating or selecting images or visual content.
• Up-to-date awareness of visual trends, cultural references, and emerging aesthetics in design or photography.
