UX Research, User Research, Usability Testing

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research sessions to gather comprehensive insights into user behaviors, motivations, and challenges across digital products.
• Design, execute, and evaluate usability tests to assess and optimize the functionality and intuitiveness of interfaces.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to inform design recommendations and product improvements.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to synthesize research findings into actionable user-centered solutions.
• Produce clear and compelling reports, personas, journey maps, and presentations that communicate findings to diverse stakeholders.
• Suggest enhancements and best practices that align with current UX trends and accessibility standards.
• Contribute insights that inform AI system training by providing real-world scenarios and expert feedback on user interactions.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in UX Research, User Research, Usability Testing, and UX/UI Design.
• Proven experience designing and conducting both remote and in-person user research studies.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful recommendations.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of current UX tools, methods, and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and manage diverse research assignments in a distributed setting.
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and adapting to fast-changing project requirements.
