In this role, you will design realistic DevOps tasks based on production scenarios, create working reference solutions, review AI-generated outputs, and provide structured technical feedback. The position is ideal for professionals with strong experience in automation, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, cloud platforms, containers, and production reliability. No prior AI experience is required; strong DevOps and infrastructure expertise is the primary requirement.

DevOps AI Training Expert

Responsibilities

• Design realistic production-style DevOps tasks involving CI/CD, containers, orchestration, IaC, monitoring, and incident response.
• Develop working reference solutions with clear environment setup, execution, and validation steps.
• Review AI-generated solutions, identify technical failures, and provide precise corrections with reasoning.
• Maintain high standards for correctness, reproducibility, and structured feedback to improve future AI training tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering.
• Strong coding ability in Python, Go, Bash, or TypeScript, with practical software-development experience beyond basic scripting.
• Hands-on expertise with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, at least one major cloud platform, and Infrastructure as Code tools.
• Advanced Linux and Git skills, strong professional English communication, and availability of at least 20 hours per week.
