Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer responsible for building, integrating, and stress-testing production-grade applications using frontier AI models. The role involves developing full-stack applications, backend services, APIs, internal tools, evaluation harnesses, and model integrations across Python, Java, Rust, C#, C++, and TypeScript ecosystems. Engineers will work directly with AI lab teams to identify model and integration failures, rapidly prototype solutions, and ship reliable software against evolving requirements.

Responsibilities

Build and ship production-grade full-stack applications and services.
Integrate pre-release AI model APIs into working software.
Develop backend APIs, frontend applications, data models, and cloud-based systems.
Build tool interfaces, evaluation harnesses, and telemetry infrastructure.
Diagnose model and software integration failure modes.
Document technical findings and provide actionable feedback to AI research teams.
Rapidly prototype and deliver working solutions against ambiguous requirements.
Maintain high standards for architecture, code quality, and technical documentation.

Qualifications

6+ years of professional software engineering experience at a recognized top-tier organization.
Strong end-to-end ownership of production software systems.
Deep production expertise in at least one of Python, Java, Rust, C#, or C++, plus demonstrated experience in a second programming ecosystem.
Full-stack experience covering backend services, API design, React or equivalent frontend frameworks, data modeling, and cloud deployment.
Ability to quickly understand unfamiliar codebases and deliver production-quality code with minimal ramp-up.
Demonstrable career progression and strong software architecture fundamentals.
Excellent written technical communication skills.
Must be US-based and available 40 hours per week on weekdays.
