About this role

In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. We are seeking commercial attorneys who can provide or create practical contractual documents for a seeding project. Contributors will be paid per document delivered and are expected to produce agreements such as MSAs, lease agreements, IP licensing, marketing agreements, and licensing agreements.

Commercial Contracts Legal Specialist

Responsibilities

Draft, review, and provide high-quality templates, samples, and annotated examples of the following agreement types: Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Lease Agreements, Intellectual Property (IP) Licensing Agreements, Marketing Agreements

Qualifications

• Practicing or recently qualified commercial attorney with exposure to contract drafting and negotiation.
• Working knowledge of standard commercial agreements, including MSAs, lease agreements, IP and marketing contracts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to clarity and accuracy in contractual language.
• Demonstrated ability to create or adapt legal documents for practical, real-world scenarios.
• Experience with remote collaboration and delivering assignments autonomously.
