You will evaluate AI-generated and human technical sales work across real-world pre-sales and solutions engineering scenarios. | The role focuses on defining grading criteria for discovery plans, demos, POCs, RFP responses, architecture explanations, and product-fit assessments. | You will score completed work with rigorous written justification and consistent technical judgment. | Your evaluations will help improve AI systems performing enterprise sales engineering tasks.

Responsibilities

Design task-specific rubrics for technical discovery, tailored demos, POCs, RFPs, security questionnaires, API/integration explanations, and technical-risk assessments.
Evaluate AI-generated and human work samples against those criteria and provide detailed scoring rationale.
Apply consistent, evidence-based judgment across technical accuracy, customer relevance, product fit, and stakeholder communication.
Incorporate reviewer feedback and refine evaluations to maintain scoring quality and calibration.

Qualifications

Minimum 4+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Solutions Consultant, Pre-Sales Consultant, or Technical Sales Consultant.
Strong expertise in technical discovery, solution mapping, demos, POCs, objection handling, and product-fit assessment.
Hands-on experience with complex B2B software such as SaaS, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, data platforms, developer tools, or enterprise applications.
Excellent written communication, analytical judgment, and ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
