In this role, you'll apply senior accounting expertise to help build evaluation tasks for AI systems operating across financial reporting, audit, and technical accounting contexts. You'll create realistic accounting scenarios, develop reference outputs, and write rubrics that capture authentic senior-level accounting judgment across US and International standards tracks. This opportunity is suited for experienced accounting professionals with direct ownership of financial reporting, audit, or technical accounting matters and strong knowledge of accounting tooling and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Construct accounting scenarios covering financial reporting, technical accounting, audit, and complex transaction accounting.
• Build tasks across financial reporting, technical accounting research, audit and assurance, internal controls, and SOX compliance.
• Develop scenarios involving ERP systems, consolidation software, audit management platforms, and accounting research tools.
• Apply revenue recognition, lease accounting, and consolidation methodologies to relevant accounting standards.
• Produce reference financial statements, technical accounting memos, audit workpapers, and internal control assessments.
• Author rubrics that distinguish authentic accounting judgment from generic textbook or CPA exam-level recall.

Qualifications

• 5+ years working as an accountant, controller, or audit partner at a major accounting firm or corporation.
• Direct ownership of financial reporting, audit engagements, or technical accounting matters.
• Fluency in accounting tooling and understanding of regulatory reporting and audit standards.
• Experience with US GAAP and PCAOB standards or IFRS and International Standards on Auditing.
• Recognized professional credential such as CPA, ACCA, or CA is strongly preferred.
• Prior rubric or training authorship is a plus.
