Project Coordinator

Responsibilities

You will support high-impact Generative AI research and data operations as the operational bridge between program leadership and teams of domain experts. The role focuses on coordinating AI data projects, translating leadership inputs into clear execution guidelines, onboarding and supporting contributors, tracking deliverables, identifying quality issues, and resolving operational blockers. This is a full-time W-2 employment opportunity with Cincinnatus LLC, with potential placement at a leading AI lab as part of its extended workforce.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in project coordination, project management, program operations, or a related field.
• Must be based in the United States.
• STEM educational background is strongly preferred.
• Hands-on experience with AI training-data, human-data, annotation, evaluation, or similar AI projects as a project coordinator, team lead, EPM, project lead, or expert contributor.
• Strong experience coordinating large, cross-functional or distributed teams.
• Strong data management skills using Excel and Google Sheets.
• Working knowledge of SQL and coding/programming concepts.
• Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Previous people-management experience or demonstrated ability to effectively lead large groups.
• Ability to work in fast-changing environments and independently manage project execution.
