About this role

You will build, integrate, and stress-test full-stack software on top of frontier AI models for a leading AI lab. | The role spans backend services, APIs, modern front-end applications, databases, cloud infrastructure, and pre-release model integrations. | You will rapidly prototype production-quality software while identifying model and integration failure modes. | This is a full-time W-2 opportunity for senior software engineers based in the United States.

Responsibilities

Build and ship full-stack applications, services, and internal tools using Python, Java, Rust, C#, C++, or TypeScript.
Integrate pre-release model APIs with tool interfaces, evaluation harnesses, telemetry, and supporting infrastructure.
Diagnose technical and model-integration failures and provide clear written feedback to engineering and research teams.
Deliver rapid working increments while maintaining strong architecture, code quality, and technical documentation.

Qualifications

Minimum 6+ years of professional software engineering experience building and shipping production systems with end-to-end ownership.
Deep production expertise in at least one of Python, Java, Rust, C#, or C++, plus demonstrated delivery in a second programming language.
Strong full-stack ownership across backend APIs, React or equivalent front-end frameworks, data modeling, cloud deployment, and operations.
Proven ability to onboard quickly into unfamiliar codebases, deliver independently, and communicate complex technical decisions clearly.
