About this role

micro1 is engaging experienced Product Management Experts to help train and evaluate next-generation AI systems through realistic product-management workflows. The role focuses on designing authentic PM scenarios, creating gold-standard deliverables, evaluating AI-generated outputs, and defining high-quality rubrics for documents such as PRDs, launch memos, roadmap decks, executive reviews, and cross-functional briefs. This opportunity is ideal for senior product professionals with strong product reasoning, technical writing, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills. Prior AI experience is not required.

Responsibilities

Design realistic product-management scenarios covering PRDs, launch reviews, executive updates, strategy memos, and roadmap decisions.
Create polished gold-standard deliverables that demonstrate senior PM-level clarity, prioritization, and executive readiness.
Evaluate AI-generated PM outputs for structure, technical depth, prioritization logic, stakeholder clarity, and completeness.
Develop detailed evaluation rubrics and identify common failure modes such as vague objectives, missing tradeoffs, weak prioritization, or unclear recommendations.

Qualifications

Minimum 4+ years of Product Management experience, preferably at a major technology company such as FAANG, Microsoft, or a similarly scaled organization.
Strong ownership of PRDs, launch documentation, product roadmaps, strategy documents, and executive presentations.
Deep understanding of product frameworks such as JTBD, opportunity solution trees, prioritization models, and product strategy.
Exceptional technical writing, native-level written English, and ability to communicate effectively with both technical and executive audiences.
