About this role

You will build, integrate, and stress-test full-stack software using frontier AI models for a leading AI lab. | The role spans backend services, APIs, modern front-end applications, databases, cloud deployment, and pre-release model integrations. | You will rapidly prototype working software, identify model and integration failures, and provide technical feedback to research teams. | This is a full-time W-2 opportunity for software engineers based in the United States.

Responsibilities

Build and ship full-stack applications, services, and internal tools using Python, Java, Rust, C#, C++, or TypeScript.
Integrate pre-release AI model APIs with tool interfaces, evaluation harnesses, telemetry, and supporting infrastructure.
Diagnose model and software integration failures and document findings for engineering and research teams.
Deliver rapid working increments while maintaining code quality, architecture, and technical documentation.

Qualifications

Minimum 3+ years of professional software engineering experience building and shipping production software at a recognized organization.
Production expertise in at least one of Python, Java, Rust, C#, or C++, plus working proficiency in a second programming language.
Hands-on full-stack experience across backend APIs, React or equivalent front-end frameworks, relational or document databases, and cloud deployment.
Strong ability to onboard quickly into unfamiliar codebases, deliver independently, and communicate complex technical decisions clearly.
