About this role

In this role, you'll apply senior HR expertise to help build evaluation tasks for AI systems operating across talent management, employee relations, compensation, compliance, and organizational design. You'll create realistic HR scenarios, develop reference outputs, and write rubrics that capture authentic senior-level HR judgment across US and International employment law tracks. This opportunity is suited for experienced HR leaders with direct ownership of major workforce programs, strong knowledge of HR methodologies and tooling, and an understanding of employment law compliance.

Responsibilities

• Construct HR scenarios across talent acquisition, workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, compliance, and organizational development.
• Build tasks involving HRIS platforms, applicant tracking systems, and compensation benchmarking tools used at large organizations.
• Apply workforce planning, compensation benchmarking, and employee relations investigation methodologies to realistic HR scenarios.
• Develop reference HR policies, investigation reports, compensation analyses, and organizational design proposals.
• Apply US or International employment law standards to HR tasks, including relevant employment laws and directives.
• Author rubrics that distinguish authentic HR judgment from generic textbook or certification-exam-level recall.

Qualifications

• 5+ years working as an HR leader or Chief People Officer at a major company or HR consulting firm.
• Direct ownership of talent programs, employee relations matters, or compensation design.
• Fluency in HR tooling and methodologies, with an understanding of how employment law compliance works.
• Experience relevant to the US employment law track, including Title VII, FLSA, ADA, and state employment law.
• Experience relevant to the International track, including the UK Employment Rights Act and EU labor directives.
• SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or an international equivalent is strongly preferred; prior rubric or training authorship is a plus.
