About this role

Product Owner to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of customer-facing software products, from discovery and scoping through launch and iteration. The role focuses on turning complex and ambiguous problems into intuitive, high-quality products while balancing user needs, business impact, and technical constraints. You will work closely with engineering, data, and business teams, using KPIs, usage data, and customer feedback to guide product decisions. Experience with AI, data, developer tools, or technically sophisticated products is highly relevant.

Responsibilities

Own the product lifecycle from discovery, scoping, and prioritization through launch and continuous iteration.
Define and track KPIs, adoption metrics, user outcomes, and product performance to guide decisions.
Translate ambiguous problems into focused releases while balancing customer needs, business impact, and technical constraints.
Partner closely with engineering and cross-functional teams to drive alignment, incorporate customer feedback, and maintain a high bar for product quality.

Qualifications

Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role owning a live software product.
Proven track record building intuitive customer-facing products and using data, KPIs, and customer insights to drive product decisions.
Strong product judgment, prioritization, stakeholder management, and ability to simplify complex problems.
High agency, strong written communication, and comfort working quickly in ambiguous and fast-moving environments.
