Product Management Expert

Responsibilities

• Enterprise scenario design: Create realistic product management scenarios involving multi-quarter roadmap planning, stakeholder alignment, and complex product decisions.
• Product strategy: Develop tasks covering enterprise product strategy, discovery, user research, pricing, packaging, platform/API product management, and product-led growth.
• Product operations: Build workflows using tools such as Jira, Productboard, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Figma, and enterprise experimentation platforms.
• Methodology application: Apply frameworks such as JTBD, RICE, opportunity scoring, dual-track agile, and OKRs to realistic enterprise situations.
• Reference output creation: Produce high-quality PRDs, roadmap strategies, product plans, and executive-level narratives.
• AI evaluation design: Create challenging tasks that test strategic product reasoning rather than basic framework recall.
• Rubric development: Author evaluation rubrics that distinguish authentic senior product judgment from generic or bootcamp-level responses.
• Business impact assessment: Ensure scenarios reflect real-world enterprise budgets, governance, market constraints, and measurable product outcomes.
