About this role

You will create original multiple-choice questions on the law of your jurisdiction in Arabic for an AI evaluation and benchmarking dataset. The role involves developing exam-style legal questions based on your professional expertise, creating 10 answer options for each question, selecting the correct response, and writing a detailed worked solution explaining the applicable legal principles and reasoning. This is a remote, flexible opportunity for Arabic-speaking legal professionals with strong knowledge of their local legal system and excellent Arabic writing skills.

Responsibilities

Legal question creation: Develop original exam-style multiple-choice questions based on the laws and legal framework of your jurisdiction.
MCQA development: Create 10 answer choices for every question, including realistic distractors and one clearly correct answer.
Solution writing: Provide clear worked solutions explaining the correct answer, relevant legal principles, and reasoning.
Legal accuracy: Ensure questions, answers, and explanations accurately reflect applicable laws, regulations, and legal concepts.
Arabic content development: Produce professional legal content using native-level Arabic.
AI evaluation support: Create challenging legal questions designed to evaluate the reasoning and knowledge capabilities of advanced AI models.
Quality assurance: Review submissions for legal accuracy, originality, clarity, difficulty, ambiguity, and formatting consistency.

Qualifications

Law degree or recognized national equivalent legal qualification.
Ideally 2+ years of professional legal practice or closely related legal experience.
Strong knowledge of the laws and legal procedures applicable within your jurisdiction.
Must be educated in or based in an Arabic-speaking country.
Native-level proficiency in Arabic, including strong professional and legal writing skills.
Strong legal reasoning, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to create rigorous exam-style questions with plausible answer options and clearly justified solutions.
Ability to work independently and follow detailed project guidelines in a remote environment.
